What a terrible experience! It all started with an appointment that took me 40 minutes to book, although I called a month a half before the appointment date! The man on the other side of the phone claimed he was a new employee, so he was just learning how to schedule an appointment. I was patient at the time since I noticed he had to ask several questions. The day of my appointment, I walked into this s location on time and a woman told me there was no appointment for me on that date or at that location. I gave the employee all the details of the 40 minutes call, and when she asked who took my information, I said it was a man who claimed to be new, and she looked to the guy next to her and asked me to wait. She was able to schedule a time for me to see the doctor 30 minutes later. I wasn’t happy about that since I made arrangements at work for this appointment, but I was thankful they found a solution. Once I saw the doctor, she went through the regular eye exam procedure. But once she finished, she didn’t provide any information on how the exam went or if there Was anything to be concerned about. It wasn’t until I asked that she gave details of how everything went. After all that, I decided to move on from the savored beginning of the moment and chose a new pair of glasses. Once I picked them up, they were not the ones I chose! The whole experience was a disaster. Employees are not trained on how to deal with conflicts or how to provide feedback among each other. I asked for a refund and started searching a new place to get new glasses.
