Booked an appointment, confirmed. Drove out and they change their hours, no call, email, or text. Still have the confirmation for the appointment but they essentially cancelled without telling me. Unacceptable waste of my time. If you value your time or common courtesy, DO NOT GO HERE.
Extremely poor communication. Limited hours for glasses pickup. I went two different times to get my glasses when they stated they were open. Both times no one was there.
I just went for a regular eye check up and the doctor did a basic eye examination and suggested that I had a serious problem with my right eye and she advised me to visit the rosin eye care on the Michigan avenue as they have a better way to diagnose it. Yet this location charged me 132$ out of my pocket for nothing, however rosin eye care on Michigan avenue did a comprehensive examination of the eye conducting multiple tests fully covered by my insurance and found no issues!
The Dr. at this location was so nice! They got me in quickly before the New Year, which I did not expect!! The receptionist was also very welcoming and was a great face for the location!
I left my contacts at home on a trip to Chicago. Rosin Eyecare got me contacts and their customer service was top notch.
