Im a little late writing this but earlier this month I had my yearly eye doctor appointment with Dr. Charmi....now Dr. Charmi had some shoes to fill because my previous doctor who just retired (so happy for him) was Dr. DeLee and I adore Dr. DeLee....so I was a little apprehensive.....I have medical anxiety also so having to see a new Doctor becomes even more stressful. Dr. Charmi tho was amazing....she took her time with me and gave me a thorough exam....not once did I feel rushed or not listened too...she answered the questions I had and was very kind. I would highly suggest her. She also took the necessary steps when I told her of an issue I was having...she could have easily dismissed it but she didn't...she took the steps to make sure all was okay with my eye health. The rest of the staff in her office are very kind too.....her office manager, Joyce , is so awesome...she just makes you feel at home...the kind of person who you could totally feel comfortable just chatting with. Shes also very knowledgeable with all things contacts , pricing and glasses. Theres another lady at the front desk too and I dont remember her name but shes very sweet and helpful and she loves cats and so do I : )

We had an incredible experience with Dr. Charmi at Dean Optical and highly recommend this practice! Dr. Charmi was so patient, knowledgeable, professional, and warm. She took the time to explain all of the tests and results, to ensure we were comfortable and understood each step of the visit. We left confident with next steps, knowing that she answered all of our questions. There is also a great selection of eye glasses and sunglasses. Thank you for a great experience!

I came to this location for years while working downtown. I have always had the correct prescription glasses and contacts. They are typically nice and have no problems with releasing your prescription for contacts and glasses to you without being informed you have to buy anything in the store. I have made purchases in their store and outside of their store depending on what was available during my next needed visit.

I've been a patient of Dean Optical 30 years. Under new ownership, it continues to be among the best of the best. Dr Kothari is simply amazing and the support staff are wonderful.

My experience with Dean Optical was super positive, right from making an appointment to getting the exam done. The staff is super helpful and genuinely make the process even smoother, especially Joyce ! Dr. Charmi also has a very pleasant presence and patiently explains your eye condition with all the x-rays, etc. All in all, I'd say Dean is where I'll always go for any future eye exams.
