I've been visiting this location well over 15 years, and the service has been exceptional. The team is extremely patient and accommodating. The optometrist make sure he addresses any concerns and demonstrate a sincere interest in your well-being. The selection of glasses is extensive. Always a great experience. Highly recommended.
Been to this location for 3 years now. Always professional, prepared and friendly. Dr. Roger's was helpful when discussing my diagnosis and answered all my questions. She was quite personable and very informative. Since I can't see how I look in new frames, Areli has always been someone you can trust to tell you what looks great for your face shape, lifestyle and skin tone. I have never walked away regretting my purchase. If you are searching for somewhere obtain a great eye care experience, My Eye Dr on Michigan Avenue is the place. Also, high compliments to the organized gent who checked me in with no issues and the other lady on the sales floor who was so very friendly and willing to help. You all are fantastic!!!!
Highly recommend this place! I came in with a pair of broken glasses that were missing a screw, and they fixed them for me completely free of charge. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They also took the time to help me look at other frames and offered great advice without any pressure to buy. Excellent customer service and a genuinely pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I went to this location specifically because they staff was kind was so kind and attentive last time I went, I was treated with the same kindness and attentiveness as last time. Jonathan and Areli we're very patient with and kind with me when it came to picking out new frames and they also helped me change my contacts from monthlys to daily.
