Big City Optical - Loop On State And Madison

I cannot say enough about my experience yesterday at Big City Optical-Loop location. Both employees that I initially interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. They made my experience one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had when going for any type of medical appointment. The eye doctor was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I plan on going back to this location for all of my eye care needs in the future because I can’t picture finding any other place that would be as amazing as these people were yesterday.

I had such a great experience getting my glasses fixed here! Everyone was so warm and sweet. They instantly made me feel comfortable. They were incredibly helpful and really took their time to make sure everything was done right instead of rushing me out. The whole experience was easy and honestly better than I expected. Amazing customer service all around!

They gave me the wrong contact prescription… I had really bad multi day migraines and even miss work because of it. When I noticed the prescription on the samples they gave me and the ones I purchased mismatched, they asked me to take pictures of the barcode to ensure it came from their store... It’s been 3 days since I sent them the photos. I followed up by calling and texting. And have not gotten a response.

Rain & Michelle were FANTASTIC! I had a screw come out of my glasses and they identified the problem and repaired it in minutes. They also cleaned my glasses for me and made sure the fit was correct. They are great employees for the business!
