It's been over thirteen years since my first appointment with Dr. Sylvia Yun. And I never cease to feel absolutely blown away by the quintessential and superior scale of vision care and unmatched patient service and office experience that I receive during each of my visits.
In addition to being one of the brightest and sharpest professionals I've had the honor of knowing, without question Dr. Yun is a living phenomenon within the field of Optometry Science. Her vast expertise, experience, knowledge and unwaivering commitment to her patients and local community is not only top-notch, but literally inspiring!
My most recent visit was a 'walk-in emergency.' There was no time to schedule an appointment. Nevertheless, I was emphatically overwhelmed by Dr. Yun's and her team's quick and highly skilled response to my 'urgent concern.'
Dr. Yun and her highly-trained staff, which includes Len, Esther and Julianna, never fail to display a level of tireless dedication and enthusiasm, above-and-beyond attentiveness-to-detail, added by excellent people and communication skills, that is nothing short of exemplary.
Based upon my twenty-nine years as a supervisor for the Los Angeles Police Department and my personal observation as an extremely satisfied patient of Dr. Yun's for thirteen years, I am genuinely convinced the "Rowland Optometry" in Rowland Heights is the best in the nation!
