Rubin Jeffrey MD

I was referred to Dr. Jeffrey by my previous retina specialist who retired. He is a fabulous doctor. Very patient, kind and quick to explain in detail his findings and suggested resolution. I highly recommend Dr. Jeffrey Rubin.

PREPARED TO WAIT ..MD takes his time with all patients. And the technicians make it look like the dr is moving fast however it is not. The Dr himself is great, knowledgeable, and smart. Three stars because every time my mom goes for her monthly eye injections it just takes entirely to long between the wait, and the actual time to see the DR

First time here with my grandmother & the experience was not ideal. The door bell doesn't have a real button & you have to knock like you are the Feds to be buzzed into the office. The young girl at the front desk was so green & needs better training when a patient is asking for a referral. I think with more supportive front desk training, she will get better & more confident. I also witnessed the front desk surgery schedule lady reprimand the young girl at the front desk instead of privately talking to her about an error she made (great supervisors embarrass young employees in front of a whole room of patients 👎🏾). The young lady who helped Dr. Rubin needs to take a professional development course on how to work with senior citizens & not rush them (just because the patient is Black does not mean you get to be more aggressive). Dr. Rubin did correct his tone when I told him to calm down when talking to my grandmother. Due to today's experience, I do not feel comfortable & am on the fence on bringing my grandmother back to this medical office.

I was referred to Dr. Jeffrey Rubin by my esteemed ophthalmologist about 2 years ago. My visits since have been nothing but pleasant. The front staff to the other professionals in this practice are delightful. Dr. Rubin himself is a gentle and thoughtful physician who discusses all my options in detail each time. I have nothing but praise for him and his staff. My eye is almost healed, due to his expertise. I would recommend him in a nanosecond!

He genuinely cares about his patients and their outcomes, providing comprehensive care from start to finish.
