Love the atmosphere and attitude from all personal. I was seeing at exact time of my appointment. Dr. Dino is amazing, took his time to show and explain my options. The young lady that did all my tests was so sweet and professional. Very impressed on the young lady that was at front office on how she handled a very rude customer for no reason. I will definitely bring the rest of my family to this office and recommend it. Keep up the good work Ruskin.

I scheduled my mother for a 7:20 a.m. appointment and completed all of her paperwork online beforehand. We arrived early, checked in promptly, and the parking lot was empty when we got there. Despite this, my mother was not called back until 8:55 a.m.—1 hour and 35 minutes after her scheduled appointment time. I work in a primary care office myself, so I understand that delays can happen and schedules sometimes run behind. However, given how quiet the office appeared, I was concerned by the excessive wait. When I asked why they were running so late, the only explanation provided was, "We have a lot of patients to see." I frequently refer patients and family members to this office because I have generally had positive experiences. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider whether I can continue recommending the practice in the future. Patients deserve better communication and respect for their time, especially when they arrive early and complete all required paperwork in advance.

We love Dr. Ann Patel. She is the reason why we came to this practice. She used to work at a different place a couple of years ago and we changed to stay with her. She is so very knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain everything to you. Trish in the optical department is amazing too. We came in to order glasses on my lunch break, as we didn't have time on the day of our eye appointments. I didn't realize it was her lunch break too. She did not rush us at all, and she was so helpful in making sure we got the maximum benefit from our insurance as well as explaining what our opinions are. She was just as great, when came back to pickup our glasses. It's the people that make a business and these two are why we will keep coming back.

excellent full eye exam. have not had an exam in 3 yrs. Dr. Lawrence was very thorough with his exam. Tech was also very nice and thorough. fairly new to Ruskin area, nice to get a good eye doctor going forward. Saw him/them in Ruskin location.

Dr. Patel is an exceptional eye doctor. She is energetic, friendly, warm, and truly cares about her patients. Her professionalism and dedication to excellent eye care are evident at every visit. I highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone seeking outstanding eye care.
