I don't feel that I received excellent service - - - just average. I've been fitted for glasses several times in my lifetime, and have always been satisfied. This time though, the optician just handed me the glasses and said "There you go"! No fitting, adjustments, or anything. After I returned home, I properly fitted the glasses to my face and vision. As far as the exam for the glasses, I felt like the doctor was on a time frame, and could only spend so much time with me, although I feel he did get the prescription correct. Cost of the exam and glasses were competitive, and long term will tell me the quality of the new glasses I received.

The team of ladies up front were great! Amber was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. I was in and out pretty quickly too. Will definitely be back!!

Dr. Bennett is fantastic and shows great care in his work. Not the greatest customer service from the ladies in the front. I would suggest the coldwater office for anyone who wants exceptional customer service.

Amber was welcoming and fast, kind. The Doc was funny and friendly, exam went quick. I would recommend this place to everyone.
