We had an amazing experience at this office! She did amazing with my kiddo and made them feel completely comfortable and at ease the whole time. She was patient, kind, and explained everything so well. You can truly tell she cares about her patients and loves what she does. We are so thankful for such a positive experience and highly recommend her! The ladies picking out the glasses also did amazing. Very patient and kind!

After fighting something in my eye for 2 days with no success I called Midwest Eye Consultants to see if I could get in so they could take a look at my eye. They were able to get me in 3 hours later. After examining me and determining there was a piece of something stuck on the inside of my eyelid. Numbing drops were applied and the small piece of dirt or stone was removed without any pain. Everything checked out good and I was on my way home with some eyedrops. Thank you so much for working me in and taking care of my problem so quickly.

From the moment I walked into and left the office, it was a pleasant experience. EVERYONE was professional and treated me with patience and respect. ALL staff members were fabulous. The office was clean with nice decor. The wait was only a couple of minutes from entering the building. The appointment went quickly.

They got me in to see the dr quickly. They were very clear with their answers to my many questions and made sure I understood. They also didn't make me feel bad for asking questions even when the questions I asked could be deemed as self explanatory. Every staff member I dealt with was very polite and nice. I will be using this office for my entire family.

I am not much of a person that likes to go to the doctors office but going to the eye doctor was good and satisfying. Everyone was great. I did not have to fill one piece of paperwork. Just a signature was all that was needed. Butttttt, for what we pay monthly for health insurance, I should not have to reach in my pocket for nothing.
