I absolutely do NOT recommend this location. What should have been a simple lens adjustment has turned into a month long nightmare. I brought my glasses in for a basic adjustment — to have them tightened on my face. Instead, they scratched my lenses to the point where I could no longer see out of them and had the audacity to blame me for not telling them what material my frames were made of. When I pointed out that they needed to replace the lenses they damaged (glasses I had purchased just one week prior), they initially tried to charge me before agreeing to fix them at no cost. They quoted 2 weeks for new lenses from their lab. After 2 weeks, I called to follow up — only to be told the lenses came back too large for my frames because they had scanned them incorrectly. I had to wait yet another week for them to rescan and reorder. I finally get my glasses back today AND THEY DONT FIT MY FACE. This whole encounter has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. I still have glasses that slide off my face. 0/10 do not reccomend.
