Great experience! First time I came for an exam, there was no pressure to purchase. Came back today and left with new glasses and was in and out really quickly even without an appointment. :) thanks Donna for making things easy for us!

I had a really smooth experience at RX Optical. The whole process was easy from start to finish, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It had been a while since my last eye exam, but Zachary Hulet made everything feel straightforward. He took the time to listen and made sure the prescription actually fit my day to day life. He considered things like being outdoors or in a classroom, which I appreciated. At checkout, Donna was helpful and made that part quick and stress free. When I came back to pick up my glasses, the staff were patient and made sure everything fit perfectly, even with me being a bit picky about adjustments. Overall, it felt like a team that works well together and cares about getting things right. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a straightforward and comfortable experience.

I had a really good experience here. The doctor took his time examining my eyes and genuinely cared about getting to the bottom of my concerns instead of ignoring them. I really appreciated how thorough he was and that he ordered additional testing to make sure everything was okay. Donna, the office manager, was also wonderful she was so kind and helpful throughout the process. The whole office made me feel very comfortable.

Coming in was a very nice experience. Was greeted right away and even got offered tea/coffee. They were very helpful when it came to picking out my glasses since im kinda new to this thing. Later I had to call for personal reasons and Donna was so helpful. I really appreciate the team at the S Washington location.
