I moved to Michigan almost 2 years ago and I’m so upset that I didn’t find this office sooner. The same way customers feel about leaving the lot in a new car, feeling amazing, that’s how I felt leaving Dr.Mallah’s office at RxOptical! The staff was super friendly, and intentional with each patient. Dr. Omar made me feel like I was the only patient in the office and made me feel confident about my decisions once I left. It felt like I’ve been there plenty of times. The manager, Jillian amazing!! She was was kind, thorough, and patient with me when it came down to checking out and having a summary of appointment. Monroe, a professional tech there, was also amazing and made me extremely comfortable throughout the examining process. 11/10 experience! This is my new eye doctor office! Thank you Dr.Omar and staff!

I love Rx Optical!!! Very professional, knowledgeable and sweet 😊. It’s been 5 or 6 years since I had an eye exam. Yes I’ve been wearing the same pair of glasses for 6 years 😂. I finally made an appointment and they explained so much to me and was able to put my prescription in my Cartier glasses I’ve had for years but never wore them because I couldn’t see out of them. These lenses are the bomb and they’re transitioned I’m so happy 😁 The entire staff here makes you feel like family I love them ❤️

I've been going to this office for a few years now. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Salina, who helped me during my appointment - was helpful when it came to making an decision for my glasses. Dr. Mallah was also very kind and explained everything to me about my eyes.The prices are not that expensive. And yes, I will be recommending RX Optical to my family and friends.

I first stopped at this location a few years back and decided to come down because they were in my area and my insurance accepted them, Service was great however they couldn’t get my gradient tint correct on my glasses, So I had to go to another location.. I decided to stop back here when I stopped in, It was some great Tiffany frames that I really liked.. I decided to give them another chance because of the new manager Jill. When I did decide to come back and get the frames, I received an exam, Jill and the optometrist talked me into getting Progressive lenses, I am currently wearing them now. I know I have to wait a few days for my eyes to get adjusted. Jill is super nice, Respectful and professional.. My frames came back in a great turnaround time, I am happy so far, I have 30 days to Return them back to single vision hopefully Everything goes well. The entire staff is super nice and accommodating. I will be coming back.

Jill at RX optical was absolutely amazing! She helped me pick out not one, but two pairs of glasses that I love. She was so patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and fun. She took the time to help me find frames that fit my face and style, and I never felt rushed. If you're looking for someone who truly cares and provides excellent customer service, I highly recommend asking for Jill. Thank you for all your help. I couldn't be happier with my new glasses!
