I would just like to say that Anna is awesome. She is always extremely helpful and Very knowledgeable. She is the best when it comes to picking out glasses and troubleshooting any issues you may have, She is an a number one associate. Not only does she take care of the customer, I have seen her step in and help out other employees who are having issues ,She is always there and willing to help. Thank you for being you.
The staff and experience at RX Optical are always top notch. Staff is always friendly, attentive, helpful, and supportive. The building is always clean and well kept. They provide support in choosing new glasses and/or contacts and make adjustments to glasses easy. Both doctors are knowledgeable and offer information on all vision issues and concerns. Highly recommend!
Ive been seeing Dr Totten for years now and she is great with no pressure on what you need just has your best interest in mine and help you see better. Lisa D from the front is great and will help you with everything even if your work has something new for safely glasses. You can go wrong when going there. I haven't had a bad experience there yet
Lisa C was amazing! I took my 80 year old Gramps to RX and they were very patient and accommodating. Lisa was so nice and she made us laugh and really enjoy our visit rather than it just being your typical Dr's visit. Highly recommend for your loved ones.
Lisa c and Lisa d were absolutely amazing. They helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses that make me feel like a million bucks. Their hospitality is unmatched and more business need to be run like then. Dave was fantastic too
