Awesome, friendly staff and great service! Was so easy to walk in for a first time appointment. Doctor was very kind and considerate with his recommendations to make sure my contacts script to accounted for astigmatism, my migraines, etc. Also China was a super big help checking me out ! she and her coworkers made sure I got a 15% discount and a 100$ rebate. Which knocked a couple hundred off my bill. 10/5 stars — thanks guys!

It’s the customer service that was unpleasant. China was great on the phone handling my request for my prescription. However, the second receptionist gave me attitude/ passive aggressive on the phone when I called back to request another prescription that was not sent. Also this doctor office told 1-800 contacts that I was not a patient and thus my order was canceled with that contact site. I had to call several times to get my prescriptions to my email to just upload them myself to the contact website. I will just go back to my original MyEye dr in Chicago because this is ridiculous.

Steven and Karina are absolutely 💯 percent the best! They helped me more times than I would like to admit and everytime they were pleasant, professional and very helpful.

First time coming here with my mother. Love how they greeted me and my mother. What i love the most, the staff and the doctor talk Spanish towards my mother. And explain everything. And love how they took their time to listen towards my mother. And love how they work with price and everything. And I also love that I bring my daughter here, when she picked her glasses as well, and where very patient towards her. WELL RECOMMEND TO COME HERE. 😊

Wonderful experience in checking out with my new frames thanks to Karina!
