Rx Optical Now A Part Of Myeyedr

I enjoyed my first visit to the Charlotte Rx Optical location. Tonya made me feel welcomed the moment I walked in. Bonnie was very patient and explained things to me during my initial eye exam which made me more comfortable. The doctor was the very thorough and gave me great advice to help my eyes at work (looking at multiple computer screens). Darci made the process of picking out my new glasses easy peasy. I will be going back for my annual eye exams moving forward.

All staff at Rx Optical in Charlotte were friendly, welcoming and efficient from the time I entered until I left. The Dr was so nice and explained everything and took time to answer my questions. Darci was very sweet and helpful in choosing my new glasses. I really appreciated her honesty and enjoyed getting to know her. The young lady who did the tests before my appointment was very kind and sweet as well. My glasses arrived before the estimated date and pickup was very easy. I will definitely return here for all of my eye care needs.

This was my first experience at the Charlotte location. It couldn’t have been any better! The selection and the service was outstanding. Darci was in total control of that only ordering my new pair of prescription glasses, but also was able to promptly fix an old pair that I needed for backup. I would highly recommend visiting this location.

Tonya at the front is amazing. The staff is great, I love our doctor here especially for my kids. however the company deciding to just stop taking our insurance at one location is crazy to me. We have to drive to Lansing now!!! Why it was great here!!!!!

Had an excellent visit, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a weird insurance situation that they were very helpful and patient with. I did have to pay out of pocket eventually (nothing that was their fault, literally just got kicked from my insurance) but the exam was reasonably priced. Darci in particular was assisting me with my frames, I did choose to order a pair from somewhere else however, she went above and beyond to try and help me find a pair that I liked and was super patient with me. Overall excellent visit and Dr. Goeman is a pleasant conversationalist, answered all my questions with a smile.
