Sabates Eye Centers - St. Luke's Plaza

I was greeted with a smile by Camryn (sp?) the ophthalmology technician and it was such a blessing as getting there through traffic and construction was rough and I was running behind. She was pleasant and thorough through her part of the exam and explained everything so well. I’m an old hand with eye doc appointments but this was my first appt at Sabates, and it was excellent. Dr Kraus was equally adept at explaining everything he was doing and the results of the exam. So pleased.

Very pleasant. Everyone smiled and polite. Very satisfied with Dr Kraus he explained each step during the exam. I also wanted to add the two ladies fitting you for the glasses were exceptcially friendly (Monica) made me feel like I've been knowing them. Dr Sabetes is an expert in his field, and to top it off ; he is a very nice person. His personality can be found in his staff as well. Being a longtime patient; I know the doctor values kindness as well as efficiency. I would not hesitate to recommend any of his eye clinics. He has clinics in MO and KS.👍

The patient care team was wonderful! I would only ask that you review having Dr. Canejo to do procedures at St Luke's in Kansas. My surgery was at St Luke's in Kansas City MO, in the heart if downtown. This is not an easy drive for a 77 year old with other health issues. Thank you!

Dr. Cassell was wonderful. From the very first meeting. Kind and considerate. He willing answered my questions, and relieved all my fears and concerns, I was made very comfortable through the whole process. Every person I talked with was very efficient and knowledgeable. Friendly and courteous. Thank you to all who participated in my pre and post visits.
