I have been coming to Dr. Kim for 15 years. Every time Dr. Kim has taken such great care of my eyes. I had glaucoma and had glaucoma implant surgery 8 years ago and have had a stable eye pressure conditions for many years. I recommend Dr. Kim to everyone I know, and the staff here is always welcoming and kind.
Our family have been coming to Dr. Kim for the past 30+ years. Dr. Kim took care of vision check and eye glasses, cataract surgeries, AMO intraocular lens implant, etc… Dr. Kim is courteous, friendly, professional, very thorough and kind. All the staff here are efficient, courteous, and very kind. We appreciate everything she has done for our family and I highly recommend her as a best ophthalmologist in Southern California!!!!

Eye examination was very quick and didn't seem very professional. Didn't receive any prescription and had to pay $120. Not satisfied at all. You can go other places, but here.
DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Please save yourself the trouble and stay far away from here. I went at the end of December to use my insurance benefits and it was the worst experience ever. I was promised my son’s contacts would be in about 2 weeks ago and they never came in. I was told they were reordered but again they never came in. When I was offered an extra 3 months for the trouble I obliged and was told the office was open until 6 I went at around 5:45 on my way back from work and guess what they were closed. I called them today asking for a refund once again and was told I could only be refunded the contacts so of the $155 I paid only $50 was refunded. Now I have to wait for them to reverse the claim to be able to use my benefits again. I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. I hope this reached someone before making the same mistake I did.
