Shital did an excellent job measuring the eyes for the order. When the glasses arrived Makayla took the time to ensure the glasses fit properly. She made several adjustments to get them exact. They spent more time than the previous employees to make sure the glasses were correct.
Makayla was very friendly and helpful. She took the time to carefully adjust my glasses and made sure they fit comfortably. I really appreciate her attention to detail and great customer service.
I went in for new frames and contacts. I found the prices very reasonable, so I feel like I got a good bang for my buck. But what I really want to highlight here is the customer service. I met the wonderful Shital during my visit. She was warm, friendly, and did a fantastic job explaining the types of lenses and warranties. I'd give her 10 stars if I could. So big shout out to Shital! Keep being awesome! ❤️✌️
Cindy and Makayla did a great job helping me! I got glasses I love and the price wasn’t too bad either. I don’t have vision insurance and I found this is a good place to go!
Makayla, Cindy, and Dr. Chow were amazing! I was very impressed with their service and support! I loved my experience with them for my first time! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a specific optical center!
