The new doctor here was amazing, the best one I’ve ever been to! He was very professional and thorough with the exam, gave great explanations of what he found, and worked with me to find the best prescription for my contacts. Don’t be afraid of the old reviews, that provider is no longer there. The staff were also helpful and I got in right away (made an appointment). Would highly recommend!

The up front people were kind and helpful as usual, but my comment is for the optometrist. I heard he is new about 6 months with Sams Club. He was the most detailed and in depth optometrist that I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. He made sure I understood everything he was going over with me. I believe his last name was Timbre if I remember correctly. By far the best eye doctor I've ever seen.

This is by far the worst optometrist I have ever met. Dr. Timbre is abrupt, rude and lazy. Rather than look up my previous Rx that showed I need prism, he argued with me. 40 years of wearing glasses you think I'd know. Terrible experience. The front desk people are lovely. Kudos to them for working with him.

I have never used the DR in Sam's because I need a specialist for my eye condition. Instead bring the RX to Sam's Optical for frames & lens . The staff have always been very professional and knowledgeable. I have used Sam's for years, best cost around for my optical needs

I waited 1 hour for first appointment. Had to reschedule because they kept saying that they are running behind. Second appointment, same deal. Picking up glasses, also took very long. Glasses also have a problem. So now I have to go back to exchange them. What a time wasting operation
