Sam's Club Optical

Love this store overall. Before 2020 they worked overnight to stock shelves, now they don't and they lack products on the shelves at times but, they have it stored up in overhead storage. You just have to ask someone to get the product for you and they are very helpful to check quantity and get it down for you. They offer scan and go, or pick and pull to eliminate the congestion at the checkout counter. This location is very friendly and helpful. Recently they eliminated the overhead music and I missed that. I like humming along while shopping, sometimes I get too comfortable in the environment and shop longer than I should have because stuff seems to get in my buggy that wasn't on the list! Their rotisserie chicken are the best tasting, size for the price, and alway ready or about to come out hot and fully cooked! The samples are great! New stuff comes out but who wants to pay for bulk, only to find out your not crazy about that particular product. They don't pressure you to buy, just allow samples with a smile! To keep the store clean and orderly... The automated floor cleaner greets folks all over the store and patiently waits for them to move so it can work, I never noticed before but it has turn signal lights to tell everyone which way it is going. The pharmacy folks are informative and respectful. You feel connected and understood.

I've been a member of Sam's club for over 20 years and love the fact that there seen to be a select clientele that shop there - and I'm not dealing with lots of out of control children who's parents seem to be entirely unaware that their little bundles of joy are hellions. Usually lots of room in the aisles to make cart navigation easier (but I've noticed lately that displays are starting to crowd aisle space). I love all the free samples as they keep me going when shopping hard. I use the app on my phone to ring up items as I go so I never have to look for a register. And I love grabbing me a dog and drink for cheap on the way out the door. My only disappointment on my last trip was no Sam's Club liquid laundry detergent. Lost sale on that one. Sam's Club. How a big box store is run right.

Enjoyed my shopping experience here simply because it wasn’t very crowded and we were able to move through the store easily and shop with out being crowded. They had some of the things I normally get, and then some of the stuff I normally get wasn’t there. They didn’t have all of their registers open, so checkout was longer than I would have wanted.

I never have a problem there. Finding things regularly won't work perfectly due to often changes but it's always great when I can find the same general item for cheaper than most retail grocery stores.

This sams has a larger variety of items. The food court is always a long wait to get food. I recommend using app to place food order to pick up to avoid waiting. It's best to shop at off times to avoid crowding and smoother shopping experience.
