Sam's Club in Evergreen Park is always busy, and this visit was no exception. The packed aisles and full carts were a clear sign that people were finding great deals and stocking up on what they needed. Despite the large crowd, the overall atmosphere was pleasant, and shoppers were respectful and patient with one another. The store was well-stocked in most areas, and I appreciated the convenience of the self-checkout and scan-and-go technology. While I sometimes miss the days of traditional cashier lanes, it's clear that these newer options help keep things moving in a high-volume store. The only challenge during my visit was keeping up with the demand for ice. Because of the weather, it seemed to sell out almost as quickly as employees could restock it. Staff responded when notified, but the supply disappeared fast due to the number of customers shopping that day. Overall, it was a good shopping experience with a great selection, competitive prices, and a positive environment. Four stars from me.

The prices are wonderful, the product is wonderful. Easy find things, the bathrooms are clean. The worst part never no good arrangement for the lines to check out. Causing people to get confused, some people are to argue. My family and I had to leave there twice because of this situation. I'm sickly and can't afford to be around that activity. If that problem get corrected and stay that way. It would 10 star Sam's club. Its just the very very bad check out. I don't like putting my bank cards on my phone. I have to go check out.

On May 15, I came in to have new tires installed on my vehicle. What should have been a routine service turned into an extremely stressful and unacceptable experience. I waited approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes just to have my tires installed. Unfortunately, the situation became much worse the very next day. While driving to work on the expressway, one of the newly installed tires popped. This created a dangerous and urgent situation that could have resulted in a serious accident. Given the circumstances, I expected Sam’s Club management to handle the issue with urgency and concern for my safety. Instead, I felt completely dismissed by the managers Mia and Andrea. When I returned to the store, not only did the managers show little care or empathy regarding the situation, but I was also charged an additional $27 and had to wait another 2 hours just to have one tire replaced. After already dealing with a dangerous tire failure less than 24 hours after installation, I found this treatment unacceptable. I then contacted corporate customer service to file a complaint. I was told I would receive $130 in Sam’s Cash as compensation for the inconvenience and safety concerns. However, when I visited the store on Sunday, I was only able to use $104 of the promised amount and was informed I would have to return again to use the remaining balance. This added even more inconvenience to an already frustrating experience. To make matters worse, I called corporate again on Monday and spoke with a supervisor who stated she would email me regarding my claim and follow up within 48 hours. I never received the email, nor did I receive any callback as promised. At this point, I am in disbelief at the level of customer service I have received from Sam’s Club. Between the excessive wait times, the dangerous tire failure, the lack of concern from management, the additional charges, and the failure of corporate representatives to follow through on their promises, this experience has been completely unacceptable. I believe I deserve proper compensation for the time, stress, inconvenience, safety risk, and repeated failures in customer service that I experienced. I am requesting that Sam’s Club review this matter seriously and provide an appropriate resolution. I hope to hear back from someone who is willing to properly address this situation.

The food items they show they have . They don't have one cashier working very long lines. Two supervisors walking around the check out doing absolutely nothing but talking to each other or on there phones. Won't be back I would rather drive 30 minutes farther then go there again

On 5/30 I had an order pick up 4-5pm. With no update in the app at 5pm I decided to call the store. I called 5 times various department no answer I drove to the store. There were other people waiting at the pick up door. With one employee loading the car. He said they were backed up. Waited 45mins to get my groceries. I went inside and spoke to the supervisor who was aware of the situation, But provided no solution. Sams need better communication with customers. The guy loading the car was absolutely awesome he stoped and answered everyone questions and provided updates.
