Wish they had pizza puffs. Some prices are high. For instance coke. Jewel has buy 2 get 3 free. Way cheaper then sams price. Their waffles are very good deal but they don't have blueberry. The breakfeast sausage very good price. When going here remember prices from other stores and compare. Then buy. Maybe Sam's need to adjust their prices more. But still nice place. One thing is if you get hu gry thier food court is very reasonable. They got that right.

I have been a Sam’s Club member for several years, and unfortunately, today I had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at this store. I came to purchase a perfume that was kept inside a locked display case. I asked three different associates for assistance so someone could unlock the case and help me purchase the item. Each time, I was simply told to wait in front of the display case, but no one ever came to assist me. After waiting for approximately 20 minutes, I approached another associate at the front of the store to ask for help. Instead of offering a solution or apologizing for the delay, she responded unprofessionally, telling me that I needed to be patient and wait at least another 10 minutes because they were very busy. I explained that I had already been waiting for about 20 minutes and that I did not have any more time to wait. Her response was completely unacceptable: “Well, if you don’t have patience and can’t wait, then leave and don’t buy the perfume.” As a loyal customer of several years, I find this level of customer service completely unacceptable. I understand that stores can get busy, but that is never an excuse for ignoring customers or speaking to them in such a disrespectful manner. I hope store management will thoroughly investigate this incident, provide additional customer service training to its employees, and take the necessary steps to ensure that no other customer has to experience this kind of treatment. Excellent customer service is not only about selling products—it is also about treating customers with courtesy, respect, and professionalism.
Great location with excellent gas prices and a strong selection of seasonal products. Definitely worth having a membership here. I had a really positive experience recently while looking for a specific item. The first employee I asked didn’t know the answer, but made sure to connect me with someone who could help. That team member went above and beyond—she paused what she was doing, found the item, and even brought it to me at checkout. That level of customer service really stood out. Highly recommend!
New member - not the biggest fan of the food court - use the app to scan and go because the service is really slow. One register, no kiosks. Even though icee and fountain drinks cost exactly the same they won’t substitute- pretty stupid. The pizza pretzel looks nothing like the menu photo (would not recommend). Food court doesn’t open till 10 and it took nearly 20 minutes for two hot dogs when they opened… Hot dogs are good but Costcos are better.
Today was very upsetting. I ordered for pickup at 4, because that was the earliest option it gave me and I had things to do this evening. After waiting in your parking lot for over an hour, having an associate come to my car to ask my order number, and calling THREE times, I finally get home with my order to discover that ITEMS WERE MISSING. I had to have the missing items, so I had no choice but to go back. I ended up missing my anniversary dinner reservation because of it. I do not recommend using their curbside service, unless you have absolutely nothing planned for your day.
