The parking lot is always a nightmare, and the checkout always takes forever. It’s much easier to use the scan and go in the app, but you can’t use it on every product so you are sometimes forced to wait in a massive checkout line. Otherwise, the selection I pretty good and I’ve had no issues with freshness. Though it seems my issues are more brand-wide rather than location specific

their pickup service needs to be more efficient! I do spark and i understand they prioritize their actual online orders first but there is no reason why anybody in the pickup lane should be waiting 2 or more hours for a pickup order. meanwhile yall also have associates that i’ve noticed don’t really do anything but stand around and talk with other associates. now i hope to see a resolution in the future!

It’s a hit or miss each time I go and I’m usually at “the club” two or three times a week. Happy that they now carry milagro tortillas and other products I’ve seen at other Sam’s clubs. I’m disappointed in the fact that the fuel station is not at this location. We pay a membership we should be able to fuel up like other locations.

Store is pretty well put together. Items were where they were supposed to be. So it was more organized than other Sam’s Clubs I’ve been too. However, I noticed that even though you use shop and pay through the app, the front attendant continued to stop multiple people and scan their receipts. Some people only needed one item scanned while others, their entire basket was rescanned. My basket was entirely rescanned with 4 items and I used shop and pay with my Sam’s Club credit card. I even saw the attendant chase down a customer because she “” claimed the items were not paid for, but she clearly saw them on the receipt as paid.

!!TIRE CENTER REVIEW!! (Not Store) I spent over 1000$ on new tires here. Thinking it comes with good service and maintenance. I come in for my first tire rotation. I was told it would be an hour. I had a scheduled appointment. A tire change takes 20 mins. Tops. 1 hour wait no problem I’ll wait. Well I sat there for 2 hours and just watched the tire techs through the window completely milk the job. Stop, sit and talk. No other work going on. I patiently waited and asked after the first hour and a half what’s going on? The only time they are wasting is mine. Why? They have a set schedule. They are not getting paid by the job. What’s the point of wasting my time? My initial purchase of the tires were not pleasant neither. 4 brand new tires and they don’t replace the valve stems lol. Which lead to another slow service appointment. They really need to get management of customer service under control. Live up to the corporate Walmart/Sams Club name. I wouldn’t recommend buying tires or expecting good service here.
