I just want to say that I have never ever had a better experience with getting an eye exam and new glasses than I have had with Sam’s Club Optical!! The entire staff goes above and beyond and really put their customers and members first! McKayla is the sweetest person you will ever meet and she will make sure you are well taken care of! I plan on being a life long patient with them!
Had to have my glasses sent back 3 times because they were light reflecting and were not supposed to be. Ordered two glasses and spent over $1500 out of pocket despite sams club premium membership and full coverage insurance. Can never get through over the phone. I owe $25 after they never got the correct lenses.
SO PLEASED!! I went today & I could not be happier!! My first check up after 5 years! I’ve had the same pair of glasses for 5 years and have worn them maybe 20xs. I did not have my prior exam at Sams or get my glasses there. I told the dr at the place I went to 5 years ago that they hurt my eyes. After basically no help I gave up and just didn’t wear the glasses but a few times. They made my left eye feel like it was pulling towards my nose. The dr at Sams said my vision had not changed and my glasses should work. He then had the ophthalmologist look at them. Apparently ALL THIS TIME they were not lining up correctly on my face. The center point of the lenses must line up with your pupil or it can cause discomfort. Who knew? So not only did I get a $69 exam, I got my glasses that I paid over $500 for 5 years ago fixed where I can now wear them with no issues!!! THANK YOU SAM’S OPTICAL DEPARTMENT!!
The best place I've ever received an eye exam! Dr. James Reasons is helpful and charismatic and made the experience very comfortable. Lisa helped me find my glasses and was a delight!
