My son is autistic. Dr Rich was super great. He was patience. He has toys to distract him. My son been seeing Dr Rich for 3 years. He is an amazing provider. We appreciate everything he does. Congratulations for retiring soon you will be missed. Thank you Dr Rich.
Dr Sugg is outstanding and exemplifies a caring and brilliant and knowledgeable provider He engages his patients and their families in the plan of care. It’s evident he loves what he does I highly recommend him and will continue to have my son see him His staff is courteous and thoughtful making the visit pleasant
Their office staff isn't the friendliest. Also, after placing us in a room a staff member came and scolded the assistant helping us for putting us in the room too early, then sent us back to the waiting room. I've never had that happen and it was very odd. Dr. Sugg was very friendly, but in the end he didn't know what was wrong with our child and after getting it right through trial and error, gave us the wrong treatment. He even brought in a second doctor during our appointment who was equally clueless. Lastly, they tried to refer us to one of his partners that didn't even see children. After seeing a couple doctors in Pensacola they both figured out my child's issue rather quickly, so I'm not sure what the issue was since he seems to have a lot of experience.
I love Dr St John he’s thorough and explains my progress/ improvement and/or any potential problems I may encounter. Also advises if I experience any issues before next scheduled appointment please don’t hesitate to call the office. He’s an awesome physician. Thanks
I am a disabled veteran and have a referral to see Dr Rich. They were very very busy and I had to wait a bit longer than most people would like to. Jordan called my name and knocked out most of what she could have done before dilating my eyes. She has a great attitude and did everything possible to get things moving, I was extremely impressed with the sense of urgency that she was working and the professionalism. I went back to see Dr Rich, his bed side manor was unbelievable. This guy is so so nice. He asked me a lot of questions to get to know me, I thought that was great. Doctors should do more to get to know their patients. While I was seeing him I noticed he was very thorough, he was very informative and again asked a lot of questions. His staff is making me an appointment with their retina specialist. If your looking for a great place to go where the staff is very friendly and professional and the doctor is awesome than this is the place to go. I want to say thank you to Dr Rich and his staff for a great experience.
