I’ve been calling for 20 minutes. The hours say 7 pm. It was 6:05 when I started. Then the just close at 6:30, I guess they make their own hours. Terrible customer service

Bought a pair of prescription glasses here. When glasses came in, the upper part of the lenses was not correct. The prescription stopped 1/2" from the top of the lens. After 3 trips back to get corrected, I finally just asked for my money back because I couldn't tell that anything had been adjusted in the 3 attempts. Their excuse was the lenses were larger than my current glasses - which makes no sense because my eyes are the same size and position regardless of the lens size. After 40yrs of wearing eyeglasses I've never had this happen so I know it's BS. Possibly, this is a shortcut WM uses in their lens grinding process to save $$$. I'll get my lenses elsewhere going forward.

Their eye doctor works one and a half days a week and if you can’t go on Fri.or Sat.before noon you’re S.O.L.. No apologies just an oh well not our problem. You think they’d offer more pay to attract a Dr. who would actually be there.

They adjusted my son's glasses, which were purchased there last year, until his glasses felt right. It took him a minute to explain his issue and they were very patient and courteous. They also adjusted my glasses purchased there YEARS ago but stood behind their product and handled me with care. Couldn't ask for more.
