Sam’s Club Optical

While the staff was nice, the doctor was not. Also, I called two days before and they told me I could walk in, and then when I got there they told me the doctor wasn’t there that day. Then I scheduled an appointment and asked them the day before if they took Cigna insurance and they told me yes. Then when I got to my appointment they looked at my insurance told me they took it, and then when I got in the chair to be examined they told me they did not take my insurance! This was very unprofessional, disorganized, and inconvenient.

who ever answers that phone has a horrible attitude they sound like they are near the end of their life and need to retire as well get someone with a more lively positive attitude cause whoever I just spoke to is lucky they didn’t say it to my face and we were on the phone cause she had some real bravery talking how she did

The man who performs the tests at the optical center is in a bad mood, makes comments that make you feel discriminated against, takes a long time to assist you even when no one else is waiting, and doesn’t provide complete information, which causes even more delays. I hope someone with a better attitude is placed in that position soon, because customers are paying for a service that should be of good quality.

Doctor and entire staff are amazing. They truly care. Thank you all for everything you do, keep the greatness going.
