Chris was a life saver. My nose pieces were done and I kept forgetting and putting it off, while at Sam's club they finally fell off and Chris was so nice, fast and professional he replaced them for me instantly. I'll be back to get new glasses just because of Chris. Best service ever and made my day! Thank you Chris!
I’m never using Sam’s club optical again. I ordered contacts and they have yet to come into the store. It’s been longer than the time frame they first gave me. The doctor refuses to give me a few trial pairs to get me by. Also, they make me pay upfront instead of going through my eye insurance. It’s a pain every single time, as my eye insurance tells me that it’s not the process that sams club should be doing. I have also had a poor experience with an eye doctor there that made me feel horrible after my eye exam. She was not nice at all. I have been coming here for 5+ years and will never be coming back.
I came here to get my lens’ changed out for new ones and they were so nice and helped me out a lot!
I want to preface this by saying I’ve been coming here for my eye exams since I was in middle school so over 13 years and my experience with the doctor has always been amazing. However, I had a very distasteful experience my most recent time here. I ordered my contacts over the phone as I always do and got a message that they were ready. I came in to get my contacts at 5:55pm and there was only one associate there and she was sitting at the desk helping a customer and calling someone from the desk phone on and off. I am not a complainer so I patiently waited for over 10mins while the associate did not acknowledge me at all. I went up to member services nearby and asked if there was someone else available to help who could ring me up as it really was as simple as that. I was informed that other Sams club employees could not help the optical department. I came back and waited another 5 mins and the customer the associate was with pointed me out and said he felt bad for making me wait and the associate still just shrugged it off saying it was okay. At that time I said I just need to get my contacts, I know they’re ready and yet she said nothing again and continued on working with the customer. As I’m writing this review it has been over 25mins that I have been waiting here for something as simple as getting my contacts rung up. I am thoroughly disappointed by this experience. The customer the associate was working with apologized to me and yet the associate has absolutely no regard for customer service. The associate’s name is Breanna and I hope this review gets to the right supervisors and doctor so she can be trained properly and no one else is treated like this in the future.
