Sam’s Club Optical

Tried the Torrance location as recommended by a friend and I am glad I did! The staff was attentive and personable. The optician was patient with me as I spent a considerable amount of time trying on several different frames (I’m pretty picky). When I returned to pick my glasses up, my experience was exactly the same as my first visit. I’m so grateful for this experience and I’ve already recommended this location to friends and family. I even made a new football buddy!

Stopped by the optical center at Sam’s Club for a quick glasses repair, and I was really impressed. The staff (Lester) was friendly, professional, and fixed my glasses right away—no appointment needed. They made sure everything was properly adjusted and comfortable before I left. Great customer service and super convenient. Highly recommend if you need a fast and reliable glasses fix!

I had a fantastic experience at Sam’s Club Optical! From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand my vision needs and helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses that suit both my prescription and personal style.

The service is okay but the prices and work are not great. I paid what I felt was a huge upsell and the glasses are not aesthetically pleasing for what I paid. I do not think their prices are worth it and would probably not use them for buying frames or contacts in the future.

All the staff is wonderful, very informative . Suggested for me to try progressive lenses. I was hesitant at first but so glad I tested them out. I love them!!! Thank You, Lester and the entire Torrance Sams Club Optical Department.
