I can't say enough good things about the ladies in the optical department at this Sam's Club. Both with the name Carrie, and both absolutely incredible people. Denver has grown so much, and has changed so much from the down-home Denver I grew up in. Now people are rushing, and businesses are losing that personal touch, but these ladies truly care about the person in front of them. If you want to be treated like a human being and receive top-tier service, this is the place to go. Genuinely kind women.

My eyeglass lenses from Sam's club developed unremovable spots within a year. I will get glasses somewhere else. But the eye doctor at this Sam's Club, Dr. Nicholas Askren, is very good. Dr. Askren conducted a thorough examination of my eyes and listen to my preference for lenses. I'm glad I found Dr. Askren. Sam's club has a fair and reasonable price for eye exams and he is a good optometrist.

Everyone was very professional and kind. The doctor walked me through every scientific reason for the instruments, and the ladies at the desk helped me find the best price options for the glasses I wanted. Great experience!
