I’m a Sam’s club member yet they would not measure my pupillary distance for me as I wasn’t buy glasses through them. I’m not a Costco member yet Costco measured mine for free.

Lousy experience. Got a pair of prescription sunglasses here. After getting home I noticed a blurry spot on the lens. I called them and the female employee was not very unhelpful about offering a solution, at one point even saying, "I'm not sure what you want me to say". Ridiculous. I ended up taking the glasses in and the manager, Jessica, was able to spot the flaw in the lens and order me a replacement pair. We won't be back.

I went to Sams optical after visiting another well-known optical center. I ordered my glasses from Sams because: - I liked the frames better and they were a much better value - Jessica was very patient, helpful and even fun in helping me sort through the decisions on lenses (tinting, graduated vs bifocal, coatings, etc.)

Kie was very helpful and patient explaining the many options and proving good advice for choosing my first glasses. Dr Kliewer was very kind and professional. All for a great price.

Nice people but the system is always giving them problems therefore causing me problems. Which is a huge and annoying inconvenience. Unhappy, to say the least, that everytime I went to check out I had to wait 15 minutes or more for their system to get its act together.
