Village Optical

This is a wonderful clinic! The employees, including Dr. Anderson, are all so nice and accommodating. I’ve had to go in a lot lately due to an eye issue and every time they call me to a room as soon as I walk in or at least within only a minute or two. Dr. Anderson is able to check me right away so there’s no waiting forever in the triage room like most health offices. He is extremely nice, informative, and helpful. If you need to reschedule, it’s so easy using the web portal and you can even change your appointment with less than 24 hours. I’m so glad I chose this location for my eye health and I highly recommend it!

We have been going to Dr Anderson since 2000 (approx). My son has a very rare eye disease that Dr. Anderson has been staying on top of for many years. He cares deeply for my family of 4 and takes the time to discuss questions and even a small chat. Before we even started going to him, I worked for an ophthalmologist and his patients would come to us...and highly praise his care...and vice versa. I will always come to Dr. Anderson till the day he retires...which will be very very sad (Well. Happy for him :) Maybe he will do special circumstances to see us even after he retires. 😂 We love you Dr. Anderson!!!

Hands down, the worst experience I’ve ever had. To sum it up, a lesson needs to be learned that patients are customers and you are there for them. Treating customers and their decisions with the utmost dignity, respect and understanding; listening to and HEARING them rather than belittling them because of decisions and choices they have to make that are in their best personal and financial interest goes a long way.

I've been going here for the past couple of years and have never had a negative experience. On my last visit, I accidentally showed up an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment time. I was seen in less than five minutes! All of the front office staff are very warm and welcoming. Theresa administered most tests for me and is always very funny and sweet. She always makes visits so painless and easy. Dr. Anderson is also great. He's professional, takes his time, and listens to all concerns no matter how trivial they may seem to me. On this particular visit, Dr. Anderson had to step out for an emergency but gave me a call the next morning to apologize and ask if I needed any more help. To say the least, you will not regret choosing Village Optical. The service and care is exceptional! Thank you all!
