Many price point options for frames and lenses. Great selection. Their method used to fit glasses uses multiple measurements. They don't use a marker line to determine location on progressive or bi-focals! Excited to get my new progressive glasses. I was able to take advantage of their 40% off deal! First time using them. Thus far very impressed - they are extremely knowledgeable.

Walked into the Fort Collins location with a low quality purchase of designer sunglasses that I didn't even buy at that location. Once I explained the situation I had at the other LensCrafters, Jennifer was fantastic! She fixed the problem in minutes, Fantastic customer service. Thank you again. Loving my brand new pair!

Julie did a fantastic job of assisting searching for frame choices but also was helpful with eyewear insurance so that I obtained the best pricing. Julie was also technical in the matching of the frames to facial shape and features. She was patient, courteous and knowledgeable. Brent

I was so excited for my new glasses. My old ones had broken & was causing headaches etc. Went in to find my frames but could not find the ones i wanted & was told i could bring in my own! So i went to visonworks to purchase a beautiful rose tortoise frames, brought them in to lenscrafters for my lenses. I shouldn't have ever gone to lenscrafters! My frames were so completely bent & twisted upon getting them back i could not fit them on my face. Tried getting them adjusted & just was too twisted so as not to sit on my face straight for my prescription to be properly positioned & to this day about 4 weeks later still cannot see but had to wait for payday so i csn buy another brand new frame to get these lenses put in. Thats 100 for the brand new frames & another 100 to replace them. Not to mention the personal things ive had to go through with my eyes ...

The doctor here is wonderful. The LensCrafters is not. Specifically my issue is that the manager was dismissive about a serious issue with my new glasses. She was patronizing and didn’t offer a solution, instead convinced me to take home glasses that don’t work and “try them for a few hours each day”
