Do not come here. Conversations between employees matter more than helping a customer. As much as i shop at Sam's Club, i can see why there's hardly ever anyone in the optical center. It says a lot that i received better customer service assistance at Walmart optical in Longmont and Lens Crafters in Boulder than here.

I’m writing this after witnessing something that was genuinely uncomfortable and unacceptable. The issue at this optical center isn’t the staff — it’s the manager, who treats their own employees with blatant condescension and disrespect. While waiting, I watched the manager speak down to staff members in front of customers, using a patronizing tone, cutting them off mid-sentence, and correcting them in a way that felt more like humiliation than guidance. An optical center should be a professional, calm, and respectful place — not one where employees are publicly talked down to by management. I feel sorry for the staff who have to endure this, and I won’t be supporting a business that allows a manager to treat people this way. Respect your employees, or expect customers to walk away.

Dr Wu is fantastic. Over the course of the year she has helped me through diagnosis of my cataract and retina detachment. Her vast knowledge, friendly and helpful advice and proper prescription has been beneficial in my eye health and care. She is currently in this location on Tuesday and Thursday. What a dynamic, fantastic person and doctor! Make your appointment with her soon

Very disappointed I bought a pair of glasses that had a sunglass magnetic option they don't sell just a separate sunglass for it you have to buy the whole combination together. It's the way Sam's club sells it is what I was told! Check before you buy anything there to make sure you don't get scammed into something like I did and they weren't honest and clear with me in the beginning! Plus the customer service needs to come a long ways!

Julie was terrible.Very, very slow service. It took 10 minutes to pick up a new frame for me and more than an hour to document everything for her.As a result, I was late for a couple of my meetings. I work full time, and I can't allow myself the luxury of spending almost two hours on Saturday at the optical department to get a pair of new glasses.
