UPDATE: 8/13/26 - I’m extremely happy with my new glasses!!! Michelle called me today to let me know my new glasses had arrived! They actually arrived sooner than expected. With a quick adjustment I walked out with my new glasses and I love them!!! Thanks to the entire team! My new place for all my eye care needs!!! This was my first visit to Americas Best and I’m very happy with everything about the experience! The entire team are very friendly and welcoming from the moment you step in the door! My pre-exam went very well (didn’t get her name but she was very good), Dr. Kris Kelliher was very thorough, efficient and kind, Michelle was very informative, thorough and nice to work with on the finalization of my order. I’ll update again once I receive my glasses! Thanks to the entire team working on Sunday 7/26/26!

I had 2 pairs of glasses ordered before an international trip. 1 pair was ready before the trip and 1 pair was not ready until after. Once I returned from the international trip, I went to pick up the 2nd pair, but the glasses were sent back because I had not picked them up (due to being out of the country). They said they would reship them ASAP, and they should be here in 10-14 days. This would have been a completely reasonable and acceptable solution! After multiple weeks, and not being contacted about the glasses, I called the store to check on my order. The employee took my number and said she would find out where the glasses were and then call me right back. She never called back... I called the store later to find out that the glasses had never been reordered! At this point, I have been strung along for weeks, and I am frustrated by the lack of communication and followthrough of this specific store and their employees. The glasses have already been paid for, but I am still not sure I will ever receive them :(

Have been here a couple of times before without issue. This time around different story. The pre-screen lady was not friendly at all and seemed really annoyed that I didn't have my glasses with me. (My glasses broke so it wouldn't have done any good) It took her maybe 1 minute longer .The Eye Dr was great .I went there to take advantage of the 2 for $95 deal. With that deal the the eye exam is supposed to be free.I was looking at frames and was told that my insurance pays up to 75 for the frame. I asked about the 2 for 95 Special and was told my 2nd pair would be 40% off ?????? I didn't want to cause a scene so I just found a 79 pair of frames and pd for my lenses. I was told my glasses would be here by the 28th of May..... 2 week lead time. I called today to find out if I can come and pick up.They put me on hold for 15 minutes. They cane back on I asked for my glasses and was informed that they weren't there. I told them it's been 2 weeks and was told that they would be here by the 28th .I asked when I can expect them .Another hold and was told that they hadn't left the lab yet. I was a little moved and told her that I was confused on why this was taking so long. I didn't order bifocals,trifocals of progressive lenses. Put on hold again and when she cane back told me that the store manager would call me tomorrow. The Store Manager called back within a half hour and told me that she woke with UPS and was told that there was a delay and that it wasn't there fault but UPS'S fault and that we did have Memorial Day.I told her thank you but I didn't believe a weird as I was already told that they were still at the lab waiting to get assembled. I don't know what's hairbrush with this place but I for one week not be back not do I recommend .

Overall great experience. Staff were attentive and my appointment was quick without feeling like I was being rushed out the door. Michelle was super helpful and friendly to work with during both checking in and out.

I had received a call letting me know that they had finally got a hold of my insurance and that my glasses should be ready in about 2 weeks. It is now past the 2 weeks and when I called about my new glasses, they told me that they haven't received them but they are expecting a shipment soon and that they might be in by Friday. After this, I will not go back their and will go somewhere else for all my vision needs.
