I ordered transitions extra active lenses for my meta glasses. I also noticed that they have an optician who is fluent in Portuguese and speaks Spanish as well which is very helpful.

I had a great experience with both the staff and Dr. at this location. Dr. Washington was very knowledgeable and patient. The staff did a nice job finding frames to fit my super picky preference. It cost me less then half what my other eye doctor did. I'll be back!
I been a customer for about 5 years now and everytime I come in there, it’s always a problem. First of all I just want the doctor are great, no complaints. They are friendly and take care of you but the associates are so rude and seem not to care. Everytime I come in, they always have an attitude. It seem like everytime I come in, they always having a bad day. One of the associate told me to go to Walmart across the street as they want to lose a customer. Luckly I told them, I’m willing to wait for my appointment exam as I told them, why would I want To leave as I been a loyal customer for 5 years. Enough is enough, I never do reviews like that so I cant take the rudeness anymore.
The optical staff(one person) that I encountered today is overworked and stressed out!!🤯 He didn't even acknowledge me. No eye contact. No respect. I didn't deserve to be mistreated. I hope they hire soon in the optical space before they lose more customers and money. Goodbye!!!
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.. Purchased my glasses at a affordable price
