I didn't have a good experience. I rather pay more and have a good experience. I needed a 2nd pair of glasses and I went on a Saturday. I asked for what I wanted and when I looked at my receipt insurance was added. The person told me nothing of any specials etc. TODAY, I get a text at 6:19PM that my glasses are ready for pick up and that they are open until 7PM. I am not far so I rush over to pick them up. The clerk asks my name as he's walking toward the Optical center and then yell me that there's no optician in to dispense my glasses. I have never had that happen anywhere else. In fact, I usually send my daughter to pick up my glasses because I'm at work. He said that he optician will be in between 10AM and 5PM tomorrow. I should have gone to Costco. Never will I do that again.
