I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Me and my kids wear glasses and I know what the the eye exam looks like . The eye doctor took 4 mints for my son eye exam . She only make him set in one machine to measure his eye sight. When I ask her where the other test you should do , she told me , he is only a child he doesn’t need it. Although for his siblings which are kids too they got more tests in other optometrist. She is not professional at all . I will never go back . So sad , I have to take him to another eye exam to make sure that he got the right measurements to his glasses. What a waste of 59$

The optical center gave us the incorrect prescription, tried to give us a scratched pair, sent multiple false notifications that the order was ready for pick-up, and then accused our family of lying when we said we never received our order. Horrible experience from start to finish

Very bad experience been waiting on my contacts the best four months they miss order my contacts and then they missed ordering my contacts and then I was waiting for a month to get it back-and-forth going back-and-forth to the store and end up not getting the same ones I wanted And now I found the one that I want and then I had to wait another one more month till they got the one for me when they texted me saying come pick up it’s ready and when they and then they only had one box ready, they couldn’t give it to me I spent most of my whole life just going back-and-forth next time I’m going to Walmart

I been 3 time but is not a good Service I change 2 time glasses but to hard to see Not a good

I received better eye care here for myself and my children than I have in years
