Best customer service! Brandie in the optical department took exceptional care my eyewear needs. Brandie took her time and listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and made adjustments all before the optical department was open. I will definitely be coming back!!!!

Shannon is THE example of great customer service. She helped us order sunglasses and changed out nose pieces on an existing pair. She even stayed late past closing time to get us taken care of. Thank you, Shannon!

Trying to get an appt. is liking pulling teeth. None of techs can make an appointment. The only way to make an appointment is calling. No one seems to ever answer the phone and if you leave a message no one calls you back.
