The optical associates are always helpful. They helped me pick out my glasses and contacts. They were able to help me save money on my year supply of contacts. Doctor Guillory always takes the time to explain to me about my eye health. She is always friendly and happy.

I would definitely recommend this establishment to everyone! The staff were inviting and friendly! The physician listen to me and even gave me advice on how to care for my contacts and glasses. She went above my expectations and I will definitely be returning for all my eye care needs.

The only positive thing I have to say about Sam's Optical is Crystal and she is gone. My experience here has been horrible. I am on my 3rd try of a pair of glasses. The manager let my lenses get damaged from the heating process to adjust the frames. When I told her about it she tried to blame it on the case. After a second order on my lenses, the manager tells me she can't remove the lenses without heating the frames again and what do I want her to do. I'm not the professional ma'am. You should be answering that question. I can't deal with this place. I'm waiting here now because they are at lunch. Just give me my stuff and let me go. Crystal needs to come back.

Very pleased with visit with doctor and staff. Dr. Guillory is takes her time to answer any questions about our eye health. The staff helped my husband and I pick out the perfect glasses. So glad we visited them for glasses and definitely will be returning.

I had an appointment to get my eyes checked and get some new glasses. Crystal and Kayleigh were amazing and super friendly. The eye doctor was really helpful and get me what I needed to see. Definitely would recommend coming here if you want good service.
