I made an appointment for 11 AM. I was there 20 minutes ahead of time all the technicians were busy. I sat outside the optometrist office. Five minutes before my appointment. I knocked on the door and said I’m here for my 11 o’clock appointment. He said go check in out front. The two staff upfront were busy and ignored me. I waited for The two staff upfront were busy and ignored me. I waited for 10 minutes and then left. This is a bunch of BS. At least acknowledge my presence and say something like we’ll be with you when we get a chance we’re busy right now. Or we know you’re here for your 11 o’clock appointment you can just walk on over the office whatever it was terrible service.

In November of 2022 I bought new glasses from Sam’s Club Optical. Sams filled an optical prescription from my Optometrist. I soon realized I was not seeing well, experiencing distorted vision and difficulty with the bifocal I returned to Sam’s twice for adjustment and to confirm the prescription in the new glasses was filled as my doctor prescribed. I also doubled back with my optometrist to confirm the prescription was written correctly. I ended up wearing my old glasses since the distorted vision caused headaches and eye strain. At my recent eye exam my Optometrist confirmed the prescription was correct in the Sam’s glasses but the progressive lens was not fitted properly by the optician. Tried to save some money but it didn’t turn out well for me.
Cheapest around. Half the price of other optical places. You do have to wait a little longer for them but for the price I am not complaining. $204 for my glasses w/ bifocals and stigmatism/near-sided vision. Other place was $490. Great deal!
I got an eye exam and subsequently purchased a new pair of glasses with progressive lenses as my prescription had changed When I received them I realized that I couldn’t read close up and that these were only single vision lenses I returned them for the correct prescription and was told that I would receive a call with information such as if the doctor was aware of this mistake and if & when my glasses would be corrected & returned No one ever contacted me so I called but was told that they still had to process the new prescription causing unnecessary delay in receiving glasses demands on my time and potential damage to my vision What I would like to know is what kind of business are you running that not a single employee can assure that clients receive the correct product!
Prices for an exam were reasonable. Very friendly staff and no pressure to purchase extras. I had a great experience!
