Hey yall yess yesss yesss go go run I cannot say enough amazing things about David Smith at Sam’s Club Optical! From the moment I walked in, he treated me with genuine kindness, professionalism, and patience that is so rare to find these days. David took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions (without rushing me), and made sure I felt completely comfortable and confident in my choices. His knowledge and attention to detail are unmatched. You can truly tell he cares about his patients and takes pride in what he does. What stood out most was his PATIENCE. He made the entire experience stress-free and actually enjoyable. I never felt pressured, dismissed, or hurried. He went above and beyond to ensure I left happy. I went to Sam's Optical for the 1st time on Friday 3/27/26. It was a wonderful appt from the time I walked in til the time I left . The staff was friendly and well trained. The Dr had a great personality and did a very in depth exam. I 100% will return for future eye exams.

If I could give 1,000 stars i would. The staff Is amazing. Leann, Shawn and Terah helped me out so much, I narrowed my.many options of frames down to 2 with their recommendations for my high lens script and i purchased both pairs. Dr. Smith was beyond thorough and very professional. He was so kind and went above and beyond ensuring that I received the best care possible for my eyes. Thank you all so much! I will be back for years to come! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ highly recommended!
