My experience with Sam's club optical was fantastic. I live out of state and was guided through the process, assisted in securing my recent prescription from my local optical department and was given options and recommendations on what might work best for me. My glassed just arrived and while the bows need to be adjusted, the pairs of glasses are just what I was hoping for. I had recently gotten lenses from Costco in Portland and the service was lacking and the glasses were not at all what I needed. When I went back to have them looked at and potentially adjusted, I was told that the frames were to small for the prescription I had. Not really helpful and certainly disappointing. My expectations were lower this time around and I am more than pleasantly surprised. They have a very customer focused team with a great policy for follow up and adjustments. I *highly* recommend heading to Sam's when you are in the market for new eyewear.
