My expectations were exceeded. The Doctor was so informative and patient with my questions. I learned so much and feel like I received the best care. Picking out lenses was a fun process with the help of Sarah. The entire experience was a joy. Affordable and efficient! Highly recommended!
I have been going to the Walmart Vision Center for many years and have always experienced excellent service from the doctors and staff. Recently , I ordered two pairs of glasses from Kimberley (the Vision Center Manager), and she was terrific! With phones ringing, people asking questions, and generally dealing with a busy office, she somehow managed to give me undivided, helpful, and friendly attention. She was very patient with me and with all of my questions. Thank you, Kimberley!

I had an emergency in which my glasses broke! The whole staff was incredible! Allowing me to get in and out same day! Gave me a new prescription, took care of me quickly. Explained everything to me. The doctor explained what she was doing and every step of the process! I 100% recommend her to anyone and will for sure be going back for my next eye appointment!!!! 10/10!
In reference to the Walmart in Great Falls, MT near smelter road. My experience getting an eye exam and ordering new glasses was exceptional. In my entire life, I have never been treated so kindly and with such devotion to making sure I was happy with my vision. It was a better experience than most carnival rides as a kid. When I left the store not only did my confidence go up but my self esteem as well. The entire experience was theraputic and I walked out a better man. Optometrist Michelle Scott and her staff are the best of the best in terms of quality service. I would give them all a raise if I was their boss. I will definitely be going back for new eye glasses next year to experience it all over again. I also told all my co workers that Wal Mart is the place to go for prescription glasses.
