Joe, Gage and the lady at the Optical Center were great. All of them were so friendly and helpful when my husband and I were picking out frames and when we came back for adjustments. We have been purchasing our glasses from Sam's for years because of the price but this us first time we ordered from this particular site, Summit Square.

Dr. K was great (sorry, didn't want to spell his name wrong). He was kind, calm, and made my son comfortable. I called, he saw my son the same day, and (unlike his first experience somewhere that shall not be named) the prescription was exactly right. He finally has perfect vision!

Never staffed. Everytime I visit, day or evening no one is there or they're at lunch. That means there is only one optician scheduled? Very frustrating. I will never get my glasses or contacts here again.

Worse place ever I have been discriminated because of my skin color I was sitting down waiting but a white lady came for a appointment and the receptionist asked me to get up of my sit to give the sit to her I felt discriminated I have never been this discriminated like this in my entire life
