See Well Vision Associates

I went there yesterday, June 19th. I was told that I have shingles near my eye and to see an eye doctor. Well, seeing as I had a horrible experience with the staff at my eye doctor's office of over ten years, that prior Friday, I decided to look up eye doctors that take walk-ins. I saw this place and hurried over there. Please remember, I'm still pretty traumatized by the staff treatment at my old eye doctor's office from Friday. As soon as I walked in, the first front desk staff were very kind! She showed me where to go for walk-ins. The lady behind the desk there was extremely kind as well! So compassionate! Dr. Raynor immediately helped me! He examined me and found the problem! He was extremely thorough, kind and explained everything in detail to me. Very refreshing! I see him next week and look forward to it. What seemed "impossible" with the staff from my old eye doctor's office staff, was a breeze with this staff as well! My old eye doctor was wonderful. Yet, so is Dr. Raynord! Having a kind, professional staff as well is just perfection! THANK YOU!! Update: went for my first contact and glasses fitting. Dr. Raynor, Lisa and the vusion care staff were amazing! So kind, thorough, professional and affordable! Thank you!

The doctor and staff are awesome. Efficient, friendly and it’s obvious they are professional and knowledgeable. A special thank you to Phyllis for helping me choose my frames. She is marvelously patient!! The entire experience was perfect. The doctor is very welcoming and well versed in his profession. I certainly appreciate their taking care of my needs.

Thank you See Well Vision & Dr. Raynor!! I was able to call & get an appointment pretty quickly and upon arrival I did not have to wait long. The young lady helped me with my insurance issues very knowledgeable. He really is such an excellent doctor! Like they say precise and to the point explaining everything with each test! My exam was a breeze! I was WOWed! Due to finances it had been a few years since my last exam. A true gentleman and a caring person about his patients and their families. Bilingual too! In the vision center Mrs. Phyills, a sweetheart! She helped me with my rebate and preorder for my contacts! Definitely recommend any and all to him!!! Thank you all again for everything excellent customer service and vision care!!

Edit to this review: Dr. Raynor was very personable and explained everything to us while we were being seen. All of the staff at this location were very friendly. Lisa who also checked us in made it super easy, and we worked with Phyllis to get our glasses set up she was so nice and also explained everything to us! Will definitely be back. Original review: (I got my places mixed up) I went in for a sprained ankle, from the moment I arrived all the staff were extremely nice I was helped with getting the wheel chair and brought inside. The wait time was a little longer than usual due to only having 1 provider that night but, overall my experience felt like they cared for why I was there. I appreciated that!

The doctor was very nice, he explained everything so I could understand him. He made me feel at ease with solutions. The whole staff made the visit very pleasant. I will return for my next vision appointment.
