We saw that they finally had an optical center at Sam's in Tulsa. We were going to make the trip to Arkansas, but now we don't have to. The staff was great and extremely knowledgeable. They will help you pick your frames and work up an estimate with your Sam's club discount, or with your insurance if you have it. It will take about a week to get his glasses in, so I cannot give a review on that. I will say the service was great.

Great frames, good prices. Tori was knowledgeable and helpful in getting the options we wanted. She also helped us with the Plus Member discount and applying for our insurance to get the best deal possible. I will shop here again.

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses, first pair worked but earpiece was twisted so had to be adjusted (another trip back to the store), 2nd pair were prescription shades (except they forgot to put tinted lens in them). I was told they would fast track the item. This was on a Thursday and was told they would probably be in on Monday, 7 days later have not heard anything. The regular service was faster. In addition, I have gotten 2 texts telling me that my glasses have arrived only to show up and they are not there. Got to love automation. Very disappointed. Nice people working there, I don't think they know what they are doing. They will not provide me with an arrival date for the glasses. I will be asking for my money back. 6/4/25 update - purchase the extended warranty and Sam's club optical forgot to tell me that i need to fill out the information via a downloaded app as my sunglasses from above. Glasses broke at the hinge and they no longer make those sunglasses from Nike anymore.

Poorly run. Clearly sign says they are open to 7pm on Monday… I was there from around 545-615pm on 1/5/26 with no one there and no indication that the hours have changed. Horrible. Will not be coming back.
