All of the staff are excellent, they get five stars. It's the glasses I rate as one star. I got two pairs of Bob Mackie frames. First pair, I got a big scratch immediately even though I was extremely careful with them. So buy a warranty. The second pair, the piece of metal that's over your nose that joins the two lenses, are soldered on crooked. The staff is going to exchange them. Compared to my previous glasses in the past they are not made well. Next time I get glasses I will spend the extra money to get sturdier well made glasses and better scratch resistant coating. And again the staff is excellent.
