Sam’s Club Optical

I had a phenomenal experience with the 3 ladies at Sam’s Optical this morning! I’ve had some rough experiences getting glasses over the past 4-5 years, but I will be shopping at Sam’s for them from now on. The ladies there were so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They helped me decide which glasses fit and looked the best, and gave me some great info to have for my next eye exam. I also had some glasses that I got 1.5 years ago that a previous place couldn’t adjust to fit me correctly. I had to buy something off Amazon to hold them on my face. Jane worked her magic on them and when I put them on, they fit perfectly! So much so that I literally cried right there in the store! I didn’t realize how exhausted and frustrated I was with my whole glasses situation until that moment. I am truly so thankful for those ladies - Leigha and Jane. There was another lady there but I am so sorry that I didn’t get her name. Highly recommend! - April

I would give zero if possible. I have been wearing glasses over 35 years. As a Sam's member, I thought I'd give them a try getting my glasses and contacts from them. I bought a pair of glasses and paid over 200.00 for them. They started bothering my nose within a couple weeks so I took them back. They adjusted them and sent me on my way. After a couple if weeks those glasses wore a hole on my nose. I took them back and she told me to get another frame. I picked out a new frame and waited about a week for new glasses. They costs me another 100 for these frames. These frames constantly stretched out and i did go back up there once to get them adjusted. I really did want to go again back to sams and wait in line again. Less than a year my lens has shattered on the inside?? Go back up there and im out of warranty and it will cost 200 to get new lenses. I've never had these issues with any glasses I have ever purchased. I won't be back and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I may even cancel my membership and go to Costco. Picture attached for reference. You can see the break on the corner. There is no damage to the glasses this is on the inside of the lens.

Very friendly staff and great customer service. Joanna assisted me with getting some contacts ordered. She was very friendly and made me feel like an important and valued customer. She was very patient and helpful with getting my contact prescription from my previous eye doctor (who was not affiliated with Sam's club), after he did not provide me with my prescription at my recent checkup. It is people like Joanna who give 5 star service, that makes places like this great.

They have alway been amazing. They are experts in fit and style and we alway enjoy buying glasses for our family

Professional and friendly staff!!!!! So much better after walking in there. This is where I am getting my vision care from now on! I highly recommend !
